John Arnison, J Management and Rhythm Riders are now part of SEG Music UK, offering a 360° service to artists & producers.

John Arnison is one of the longest serving and successful artist managers
in the UK. He started his career at Quarry Productions as part of the
management team for Status Quo and Rory Gallagher. John went onto sign
rock band Marillion, who subsequently sold 12 million albums. Head hunted
by head of Hit and Run Music Tony Smith, John joined the company and ran
the London office. During this exciting time the company's roster
included Genesis, Phil Collins, Aswad, Rozalla, Charles & Eddie, Right
Said Fred, MN8, Marillion, and Mike and the Mechanics.

After a successful few years at Hit and Run John decided to set up on his own, forming J Management and seeing huge success with female solo artist Gabrielle and 80s legend Billy Ocean. More recently, with ex-Island Records director Marc Marot, he worked with Audio Bullies and Yusuf Islam, and launched the recording career of Connie Talbot, the eight-year-old Britain's Got Talent Finalist whose debut album hit No. 3 in the US Album Charts and has now sold 300,000 copies worldwide. 2009 saw the merging of John and Marc’s companies with The Sports Entertainment Group, and the birth of SEG Music UK, whose most recent management signing are The Noisettes.

Neil Barnes started his musical career playing with local bands around London, as punk music gripped the country. Fast forward 10 years and his fixation with electronic music began after seeing Afrika Bambaataa and his Soulsonic Force use a drum machine prompted him to join forces with Paul Daley to create Leftfield. The band created music that is still recognised today as some of the greatest music of all time. As a member of Leftfield, Neil Barnes released 2 albums, Leftism and Rhythm and Stealth, before the band went on hiatus in 2002. He is now taking Leftfield on tour and has headlined major festivals across the UK and Europe.
